Overview:  CIDPUBLICATION FRANCHISE is a "state-of-the-art" home based business that is easily managed by one or two people.  It gives the franchisee an area of 75 miles in diameter.  Revenue is generated by our two-step marketing program for your area’s commercial realtors.  All of their commercial properties are listed  on your website (step one), which is set up as part of your licensing agreement. The commercial realtor can then purchase ad space from you (step two), which gets their ad in your printed CIDPUBLICATION.  The publication is mailed to all of your members each month .  Additional revenue is generated by your affiliate members, who purchase  advertising space in your publication and banner ads on your site.  Affiliated members include commercial lenders, appraisers, title companies and investment groups.  Our software and set up is included in your franchise licensing agreement, and your website is hosted by our affiliate (IRealtysoft) with 24/7 support.  This software has a customized value of over $10,000 but is included in your franchise fee.  After your third month you will be included in our CID Network of Franchisees.
