Our website www.commercialinvestmentdirectory.com, and our monthly printed publication, Commercial Investment Directory (CID), are your "members only" resources to advertise your commercial real estate for sale or lease.  Our focus areas are Green Bay, Wausau, Appleton, Fox Valley and Door County.
Sellers, buyers and renters will find your listings and your e-mail & website link.

 Memberships are available to all Commercial Realtors and Leasing Agents. Members receive a log in and password , which allows the agents to list and edit their ads electronically.  Each membership receives 1 free copy of the monthly CID publication. When listing you can add pictures and attachments. The listing agents name, e-mail address, website and phone number will appear in the ad. Members will provide any details of the property they choose.  When you list your ad you will have the following choices;

• Single Ad, We will bill you $16 per ad, per month. Your ad will appear in CID Publication and you will receive a copy of CID. 
• PREMIUM MEMBER (2-10 ads per month) We will bill you $12.95 per ad.  Your ads will appear in CID Publication and you will receive a copy of CID 
• GOLD MEMBER (over 10 ads per month) We will bill you  $9.95 per ad.  Your ads will appear in CID Publication and you will receive a copy of CID.

            YOUR ADS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE UNTIL REMOVED BY YOU

Affiliate memberships  are available to non realtors that have reason to stay current on available properties and pricing . Examples of Affiliate Members might include; commercial lenders, appraisers, investment groups, title companies, surveyors, parking lot repair specialist. Affiliate Members may post ads advertising their services.  We will mail you a copy of CID monthly.  AFFILIATE MEMBERS will have the option to showcase their company with our Banner advertising.  All BANNER ADVERTISERS  will receive a full page ad in our CID Publication and are listed as affiliate members.

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP COST is $16 per month (six month minimum)

AFFILIATE BANNER AD COST is $169 (includes full page ad in our CID)
